Discipline

  1. Students should arrive at the school at least by 9.40 a.m. Late corners will be admitted to the class only with permission.
  2. Irregular attendance, habitual negligence of school work, dishonesty, obscenity in words or acts, misconduct or threats are sufficient reason for dismissal from the school.
  3. Every student shall have with him / her text books, note books, school diary, writing and other materials required for the class. No books other than school books may be brought to the school.
  4. Students should report to the school only in their uniforms.
  5. Alteration in the school uniform pattern is not allowed.
  6. Prior permission should be obtained from the head of the institution for using religious clothing or religious symbols.
  7. A pupil who is not habitually clean and properly dressed in the school uniform will not be allowed to attend the class.
  8. No student should leave the school premises without permission.
  9. Pupils must speak only English in the school premises.
  10. The school does not accept any responsibility for the loss of money, books, clothes, etc… It is not advisable to bring valuable articles to the school. Wearing of gold ornaments in the school is strictly forbidden.
  11. Private vehicles are not allowed to park in the school premises for too long.
  12. School property must be carefully handled and any damage caused, is to be made good at the cost of the responsible party.
  13. Earnest attempt should be made to keep the school clean. Pupils are strictly forbidden from writing anything or making marks on the walls or furniture.
  14. Respect to teachers and elders should be given at all times. Every student must politely wish teachers on the occasion when they first meet them in the day.
  15. No shouting, whistling or running about in the corridors, staircase or the school building is allowed. It is strictly forbidden to throw anything at others.
  16. All payments should be made direct to the school office and parents are requested to keep all the receipts issued to them. They may have to produce them if required to do so.
  17. The progress of the students will be intimated to the parents. They are expected to respond to any call from the teachers / Principal for this purpose.
  18. Private tuitions are strongly discouraged by the school authorities. In special cases the advice of the Principal should be sought. However our teachers are not permitted to take private tuitions.
  19. All assignments shall be regularly completed and submitted.
  20. Inattentiveness, indifference and discourtesy or any act that may affect the discipline or tone of the school will be viewed seriously and dealt with according to the gravity of the act.
  21. The school premises are to be kept neat and clean. All the waste materials must be deposited in the waste paper basket. Nothing should be thrown out through the windows.
  22. When the students move they should do so in a single line and they should always keep left.
  23. In the absence of the teacher, the leader will be in charge of the class and all the students must obey his / her directions.
  24. Absence on the re-opening day of the school after holidays not assigning any specific reason will invite fine / punishment.
  25. Continuous absence without permission / for default of dues for more than two weeks will render a studentis name to be struck off from the rolls and re-admission will be granted only on payment of Rs. 1000/-.
  26. The school will not be held responsible in any way for any illness, injury, accidents or mishap to students that may sustain at the school. However effective first aid will be given in time.
  27. Those students who are coming on bicycle are not allowed to move in groups. Also students are not allowed to linger around to talk while on road. No overloading is allowed. Students should park their bicycles in the parking shed only.
  28. The Principal may ask a parent / guardian to withdraw his ward if he finds the child does not fit in with the regulations of the school or is incapable of coping with the curriculum.
  29. Please use the words of greetings ‘Please’ and ‘Thank you’ as often as needed. Be polite, oblige and helpful to others. Do not try to hurt anyone with your words or actions.
