Physical Education is an integral part of the total education of every child from kindergarten to grade 12. It can build personal attributes that are important for holistic development.
In our school we have scheduled 1 hr/week to higher classes and 2 hrs/week to lower classes for their physical education, including yoga classes.
For lower classes we have given coaching for free hand exercises, basic rules for sports and games. They were given a play time of 30 minutes.
For higher classes rules of games and skills are given special emphasis.
Yoga:- Given special training in complex postures. Balancing and structural activities are taught to enhance physical stability and flexibility.
